Always read one star reviews! I am so glad I always read the one-star reviews! I too, felt good about the company being in Canada but after these reviews, my phone doesn't need a case that bad. That's a savings of over $22 for me!

ZERO stars!!!! If there was a ZERO star, I would have picked that. First, they send the wrong order, but because of their policy, they cannot accept a return or exchange. So they send a message that if I send $12 for shipping, they will send a replacement. Fine, that’s a compromise…and that’s they send us a piece of junk plastic piece of crap - I ordered the metallic vacuum plated leather MagSafe and got one of those crappy piece of sh!t quality rubber cases that you can get on Temu for $1. Don’t order here…scammers!!!!!!!!!

Blackmail to get negative feedback removed! They used a courier that NEVER delivered my item (Fast Horse Express - obviously they need to remove EXPRESS from their name!). I asked for a refund, which they processed. However, I then got an email demanding I remove my prior negative feedback. I consider this a form of blackmail and my original feedback still stands that they use a logistics "solution" that is uncontrolled and out of their hands for their orders, and this is after taking weeks to send my order.

Don't be fooled by the shiny website! Poor poor quality product with very poor returns provided. Is stated on the website so I should've read but wasn't expecting the product to be so poor. The website looks great but don't be fooled. The product is cheap from China and not worth 10% of what they charge. Returns have to be paid for by the customer which is quite expensive considering the returns address is in Canada and I bought in the UK. Would not recommend.
