Recently (talking about July-2017) … Recently (talking about July-2017) cdkeyhouse, is being really slow, not responsive, and careless. I tried to reach them so many times, they are always offline and they never reply to the tickets. I ordered and its been 2 days and still didnt receive the key , i just want a refund now .. i hate the game already !

Do not buy! I bought 2 random VIP Steam keys. E-Mail came without my key. Contacted support and they resent me the mail with a key. 2nd time I got a key, which cannot be activated in my region ( Was stated that all the keys are region lock free). Contacted support, yet no answer for over 3 days. Tried leaving feedback on their site where I was told after "Your review will be posted after our Administrator checks it." So I am pretty sure, only possible reviews can be posted there. Save your money and use another platform to buy your keys.

Took a risk and it paid off Was a bit sketched and didn't mind losing $ if i got scammed but took that chance and ended up receiving what i paid for. Took a while to get my purchase approved but that was easily fixed in minutes after getting in contact with their support team. Much appreciation to Michael A.

Fantastic, when it works Generally the prices on CDKeyHouse are far lower than those on many other sites. It's unfortunate that about 20% of the time the delivery system is broken. I've had to contact support about receiving blank CD keys multiple times, luckily their support staff is on the ball even if their response can take days. It's clear that the website needs a redesign as it's quite buggy and won't even remember my payment currency. If they can re-work the entire site and fix the blank CD key issue, it would get a full 5 starts from me!

Support Staff Needed... Apply Within This site promises much but much of it is eye candy. The prices are the best thing about this site but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Service and support is abysmal, very slow to respond and when they do, their information is always vague. On my last two purchases I have received the incorrect product or activation keys and as such, both orders were cancelled because they could not fulfill their orders as stated. They advertise that you get your keys immediately by email but every time I have purchased a product I have been forced to wait at least 24 hours. Sometimes it is better to pay full price and forgo the run around by sites like this.
