Pay the money, never receive any CD key or response. Paid the money. They asked me to do ID verification. Did what they asked. Received nothing from them except the automated emails. Wrote them several emails. Waited for a week. Waited for their live customer service to be online. They are never online. No live people really behind the automated system, it is clearly a fishing website for me. 40 dollars gone.

i just recently bought a key and they… i just recently bought a key and they needed my verification(phone number) to "complete" my order but they just took money from my account and have yet to look at my ticket its been almost 2 days. your best choice is to just pay full price because they don't respond on support and make you wait multiple days for help

I bought a steam key I bought a steam key, didn't get it after an hour or so. Couldn't login with the credentials they gave me or my email so I couldn't submit a ticket. I contacted PayPal to get it resolved. Hopefully it will.

Long response delay Not sure what happened to this site and folks behind, but there is no support provided to my issue with invalid code for FIFA 2019 ordered in December. Problem raised on Christmas, all the required information provided fine, last email response from January-3 (I should be sent a new code). No response since after 3 more chasers. The only way to contact is via email. Given this was supposed to be a xmas present, it hurts double. If things turned good, i´ll leave a follow-up comment here. ------------ Things got resolved eventually to my satisfaction. Yet there is a great room for improvement as for the communication and perhaps an option to be added to be able to connect with support team via telephone. Raising rating to average.

Not worth your time Purchased 2 keys from here, the first one was delivered 6 hours late and the second one was never delivered. Pretty ridiculous since they claim to have automatic delivery. On top of that, their 'customer support' is awful and never reply to you aside from the automated emails. Save your money, don't bother with this site. edit: Key finally delivered but still no answer from customer support...
