Awful Inconsisent Customer Service After submitting a ticket for a key that didn't work, I received my first response from customer service within a few hours. I responded back immediately with the necessary information and had to wait 2 days before the second response from customer service. I am still waiting for the third response and it has been over a day already. It has been a total 5 days since my purchase and I still don't have a working key. I just went ahead and bought a legitimate key from the publisher and will no longer be recommending or buying anything from CD Key House. Save yourself the trouble and just buy from the publisher.

Fantastic, when it works Generally the prices on CDKeyHouse are far lower than those on many other sites. It's unfortunate that about 20% of the time the delivery system is broken. I've had to contact support about receiving blank CD keys multiple times, luckily their support staff is on the ball even if their response can take days. It's clear that the website needs a redesign as it's quite buggy and won't even remember my payment currency. If they can re-work the entire site and fix the blank CD key issue, it would get a full 5 starts from me!

Took a risk and it paid off Was a bit sketched and didn't mind losing $ if i got scammed but took that chance and ended up receiving what i paid for. Took a while to get my purchase approved but that was easily fixed in minutes after getting in contact with their support team. Much appreciation to Michael A.

Pay the money, never receive any CD key or response. Paid the money. They asked me to do ID verification. Did what they asked. Received nothing from them except the automated emails. Wrote them several emails. Waited for a week. Waited for their live customer service to be online. They are never online. No live people really behind the automated system, it is clearly a fishing website for me. 40 dollars gone.

Generally good, but support can be a little slow I ordered two office cdkeys (the 2016 professional plus). Both keys didn't work when I went to activate. I raised a support ticket, they took a while to get back to me, but asked for screenshots, which I sent over. I have heard nothing since. Their support page is down and they are not responding to emails. They used to be a great site, this is the first time I've had something like this happen. --------- Update 20/09/2018: CDKeyHouse has since reached out, and has agreed to refund my purchase as I ended up purchasing else where (due to time constraint).
