GBHigh percentage of failures Our percentage of failures has been higher than any other Chromebook we have. Also not having the ability to reload the OS without sending them back to CDI is a major issue for us. We will not buy these again.

GBVery Nice This is a great unit. This one is for my ten year old who is homeschooled. Lots of ports, expandable memory and a super-solid, heavy feel to it. With a very clear screen and a full sized keyboard, it's perfect for homeschooling work, and with its ruggedized construction, it's perfect for travel and field trips. It compares very nicely apples to apples with my Samsung Chromebook Plus, which is an almost $450 unit. 10/10.

GBWe have an issue we are hoping doesn't … We have an issue we are hoping doesn't become wide spread with the right hinge. It seems to catch. So far 2 sent in were covered by warranty. We are hoping we don't see a rash of them. We like the cost and flip to tablet mode. They have held up well as a 1:1 device that students take home.
