GBThey secretly charged my credit card… They secretly charged my credit card for a second time for the same amount. It's intentional because they used a different name for their business to charge. No further info on the second one like order confirmation, shipping, tracking etc. like I received for the original one. As soon as I found a second charge, I emailed, but they kept answeing only about the first one. After arguing, they answered about duplicate order, but the 2nd order was also shipped and they wouldn't cancel it. Suggested to return it paying myself for shipping and try to get a refund. All actions tell they are a deceptive and fraud business. They do not give a telephone number to call. You're stuck. Don't even go there. This message is after Keeshia’s reply. Hi!. Your email merely states that I placed the order twice. I contacted my credit card provider, and they agreed that one charge is unauthorized. You even used two different names on the same card: one Snapshot SHELFYS and another Quality Performance Limited Corporation. They couldn’t even generate a proper dispute ticket to investigate because you appear as two different merchants before them (willful?). After researching within, they not only refunded the money but also closed the case summarily, meaning that I do not have to deal with you anymore. It’s between you and them.

GBNo Customer Support I have been trying to contact this company for a refund on their shelfystand. Their Contact Us link goes to a blank page. I tried emailing "support" at website and got no response. Their website says "no hassle 30-day returns" but that is obviously a LIE because so far it's a big hassle. HOW DO I RETURN THE STAND? PS: I received a response to contact them - but they gave me NO LINK, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE NUMBER. I have no way to contact them that I haven't tried already. What is wrong with this company?

GBFast Payment, Slow or No Delivery I ordered the Snapshot Shelfystand on November 2oth fully expecting it to be in my hands before Christmas. It is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, but I found out today (December 23rd) that I might get it next week. This is very disappointing since you have had my money for over a month. I certainly hope the product is better than the service.

CAI ordered December 8th never received I ordered December 8th . They took my money and I never received my stands. I am very frustrated because now you can't get on their website and they won't respond to my emails. Don't get scammed like I did
