DKMy internet connection was really bad My internet connection was really bad. Sometimes I had to wait over 2 minutes when searching for something. I contacted them, but didn't get any useful help. Really frustrating when you're paying for it and it doesn't work optimally.

GBEasy Global YO was my first eSIM experience. Travelled in Mexico to little pueblas and the big megalopolis. From the Gulf in Veracruz to Tenochtitlan in Mexico City. I rely on my phone for way finding and never had an issue with connections. Their unlimited data plan set me free from data constraints and concerns about getting lost. No hesitation to recommend this provider. I was a little worried about setup for my first time, but had no problems. Easy.

TWDon't be stupid like me... Global Yo is a joke Don't be like me... I wanted to trust their site, by clicking on the sponsored link on Google and after a week of use no more internet data, I spent the day trying to contact them while I was on vacation, I wasted time and money. Today, 3 weeks later, no response from their customer service department, nothing! I subscribed to Nomad E-sim, and I advise you to do the same if you don't want your data cut off in the middle of your vacations. Lousy customer service, useless application.

SGThe data sim doesn't work at all The data sim doesn't work at all. First there was an expiry issue where they take the date of purchase as the date of activation. I purchased a 15 days esim package even before my trip begins. The team say they have fixed it. However, when I reached Lima airport in Peru and tried to activate, it doesn't work! I had to purchase a local sim card. What a waste of money. I wish to request for a refund and have even prepared all the screenshots as evidence that the esim didnt work and I need to purchase a new sim card. I hope the customer team will get back to me with a satisfactory resolution. Edit: I did not receive any form of contact, be it message in the app or email and I am still waiting for a reply.
