No service with global eSim purchased I purchased a global esim and had No connection or service in those countries listed under the esim purchased! Is this a scam!? Convinced. Utterly appalled by this service and may not consider using again. Have tried contacting via tickets with no replies too. Please help and refund.!

Esim not working This is the second issue i had with global yo. I purchased a South America esim which worked perfectly, until I reached Bolivia. The esim should work in all South American countries but clearly not. I have reached out to their customer support but have had no response for almost 5 days now. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

I second all the reviews read so far. I second all the reviews read so far.. never again!! Waiting for an hour now .. and no response on the chat box. Emailed 4 days ago received a response a Ninja is reviewing my request but no response so far. I can’t find out my data balance and my app data is not working PDP authorization issue !!!

The data sim doesn't work at all The data sim doesn't work at all. First there was an expiry issue where they take the date of purchase as the date of activation. I purchased a 15 days esim package even before my trip begins. The team say they have fixed it. However, when I reached Lima airport in Peru and tried to activate, it doesn't work! I had to purchase a local sim card. What a waste of money. I wish to request for a refund and have even prepared all the screenshots as evidence that the esim didnt work and I need to purchase a new sim card. I hope the customer team will get back to me with a satisfactory resolution. Edit: I did not receive any form of contact, be it message in the app or email and I am still waiting for a reply. Please contact me via email. Thank you

Wish I'd checked reviews first been 15… Wish I'd checked reviews first been 15 days and still awaiting my refund. Tried on all media platforms and on app live chat and no answer I also did email with no reply to that also now at 18 days no refund as of 15/04/24
