Appalling - Charged With No Subscription and Ignored by Support Team Appalling. Have been charged for multiple months on end when haven't used their service nor had a subscription. Contacted the support and billing team multiple times and not heard back. It is not possible to delete the payment details nor the account.

Everything is made so hard Everything is made incredibly difficult. Docs are almost always wrong, and if they aren't very hard to understand. They have several different site navs, and for some reason, the main thing people go there for is buried deep in one of those. Don't end up on the wrong page though, you won't be able to find any of the APIs you are subscribed to. Do yourself a favour, just go straight to the provider.

Basic Basic $5.00 / mo Currently Subscribed Manage And View Usage Requests 20,000 / month + $5 each other I would be angry If that bill me for $5 for each request. It has to be prevented by your rules or something else. Please contact its owner and force him to fix his plan - it's great but $5 for each request over the plan is plain weird

Waiting two weeks for an answer which… Waiting two weeks for an answer which informed me the case is transferred to the engineering team. And after the engineering team is informed I got this " cannot give an estimated time for when someone will be able to take action on this, but thank you for reporting the issue!" My support need is related to your billing function for my customers. How can I use your platform with this kind of support???

It says you have reached you usage limit even if you haven't used 1% of what you purchased Stopped working for no reason. I used a small fraction of the allowed monthly quota of API calls, less than 1%, but I was prevented from using it further on the grounds that I had reached my monthly quota. Customer support don't reply, no matter how many times you create support tickets. All you get is the automated auto-respond email. Very poor customer service. Very poorly designed APIs.
