Good service with great price for international luggage delivery The pickup service is very good, the platform smoothly connected to UPS appointment system. All the orders status is updated on the online platform. PostPony is a nice website which helps me a lot for sending my package oversea. It cost cheaper and easy to use. Especially they have a good deal for international packages from US to China with a special price. Sometimes you can get coupons through invite friends or other way. I will recommand all the people who live in the U.S or Canada to use it. Especially students who want to send their luggage back to mainland China.

Legit and inexpensive I have tried using postpony a few times to send parcel overseas. You all know usps rate is relatively high. Postpony saved me a lot $$ and I like that they are legit and reliable. I don't have any problem paying my label fee online and printing. You only need to get some custom envelops from post office, seal your parcel and send!

Sent my package to their warehouse more… Sent my package to their warehouse more than 1 month ago for a delivery to Mainland China, never heard anything back. Asked customer service at least 3 times, always been told it was due to a delay. Also checked the tracking number from the HongkongPost, nothing was on their system. I might lost my package already. No hope. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

Beware - Stolen Packages at their Warehouse & Horrible Service I am a Federally Licensed Firearm dealer. I shipped a firearm legally to another dealer via their website. The package was rejected by the addressee, and being sent back to me. UPS delivered back to US GoBuy / Post Pony warehouse in Oregon. The warehouse illegally opened my package and refused to send it back. My FFL license was in the package, and I emailed it to them. Also sent them links to the ATF and UPS regarding the legalities of shipping firearms. They have refused to ship it back and just told me sorry. Really?? They are now in possession of a stolen firearm, and mail fraud for opening the package. I am so disgusted by the service I have received, primarily by someone named Felix. DO NOT SHIP USING THIS COMPANY, BEWARE AS THEY ARE THIEVES, AND SCAM ARTISTS.

If you are a small business If you are a small business, I would watch out for your balances in postpony. If you ship with FedEx, they can charge you more money after your package has been shipped. I had a surcharge that was 1.5 times of what it would cost me to just go straight to UPS or a FedEx location to ship it at retail shipping cost. How can postpony charge first for discounted shipping, which was taken out of my account, then come back and say that the surcharge is almost 2x of the shipping cost? I am currently waiting on post pony to get back to me. I demanded them to do an investigation. I would love to know if there is more people out there as I am sure there is because this is the second time I was charge crazy so called surcharge fees.
