Awful Awful - They let you spend your money - then if any problem - no phine number ( just answerphone on USA number ) UK number disconnected - the machine does not do what its advertised to do. They have not responded yet to my emails to them.

This is the second terrible experience… This is the second terrible experience I had with Ectaco. The first one was when I wanted to buy a battery for my old iTravl TL-6 and after paying $72 dollars and many weeks I was finally informed that they do not have the battery anymore and refunded my money. I then bought a battery in amazon and changed it myself for $ 11 dollars. The recent one is about a purchase of a russian english SD card for the same iTravl TL-6. Boris asked me to send him pictures of the device and I did. Since then, no answers if they have/do not have the product and when am I going to get it. In their site there is nothing informing about the status of the order as well. In my opinion they have a terrible aftermarket support. I do not recommend to buy Ectaco products

This company is definitely suspicious… This company is definitely suspicious of scams. My order was never delivered, I put multiple inquiries in via email, their online support form, multiple phone calls to multiple numbers on their website/email. No response. I still have received no communication after months of waiting, so I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company.

Borderline to criminal, taking money but do not deliver as promised Initially the service was good, a product was delivered quickly, but the product did not reflect what was shown one their webpage. After requesting a RMA ( return of the product) which was stated that can be done I have not heard anything ever again from them. My recommendation is to stay away from this criminal enterprise.
