Can't praise their customer service… Can't praise their customer service enough! My son ordered this bot the night before week one and accidentally misspelled his email. We emailed them and received a response in 20 minutes of them correcting his mistake and resending the license... He ended up buying a $40 shirt that we sold for $250. They definitely made a lot of people happy!

Purchased the BOT for both Mac and… Purchased the BOT for both Mac and phone and after 3-4 months all access to BOT was stopped. Despite emailing multiple times and giving copy of payments, as ForceCop do not provide invoices for their purchases they are wiping their hands. Very unprofessional and wasted too much of my life on this, so now seeking reimbursement from Paypal & Barclaycard for misuse of facility.

I bought this in late Sept and have… I bought this in late Sept and have tried every week to get it to work and it FAILS every time. Different issues and reasons each time and all their support team do is send you a link to their Blog and wont accept/make any calls to try and help. Applied all the supposed fixes from the Blog and it still failed over last x3 weeks. Now attempting to get a refund. DO NOT BUY - this is a SCAM and I dont believe any of the positive reviews.

Bought it at the start of FW18 and… Bought it at the start of FW18 and since then only got 3 unhyped items using the bot (manually would get many more). Don’t buy until they release an update resolving current issues.
