Customer Service is AWFUL Forcecop app isn't bad, although on mobile the bot is not good. I used it mainly for the auto-fill features, which helped me cop. However, their customer service is AWFUL. I have tried contacting them and it took them 5 days to respond, and they haven't responded to my follow-up e-mail. Reason for my attempt to contact them was they gave me the wrong service (desktop instead of IOS for new season) and told me they were going to change it but never did. They then ignored me after I asked for a refund.

Fake business who should be shut down I bought the BOT at the start of FW18 , didn’t cop any item at all , I lost hope towards the end and decided to let it attempt to buy some up hyped items , wasn’t even able to buy that , these youtubers are known to scam some of the audience by doing paid advertising with special accounts , I haven’t bothered trying to get a refund since they don’t answer email , conclusion : THIS IS A SCAM The reviews that are 5 starts are NOT REAL

Terrible company Company with blatantly incorrect information, their terms of service even says "We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk." This is completely unacceptable... They even state that attempting to dispute their product at a bank level should be deemed as "an attempt to fraudulently keep the merchandise and/or service". Why would I want to keep your service? It's complete trash.

ForceCop did not work on latest Supreme… ForceCop did not work on latest Supreme drop and will not refund my money. What happened to good customer service? If your product does not work for someone, refund their money and keep your reputation intact. I do not recommend.

Good bot and great support team Good bot and great support team. If you're not to copping Supreme you know it's difficult to predict within the starting weeks. Constant updates and the helpful answers are very promising. Copped a few items, but know it will be even better moving forward.
