GBIf I could give it no stars I would do… If I could give it no stars I would do that! Terrible customer service. I did Not receive the wallet I ordered for my husband, now you messed up his birthday gift. Ridiculous company, be aware and don’t order from them, very irresponsible and not communicative at all. NEED MY MONEY BACK

GBThis is the worst company I have dealt This is the worst company I have dealt with. The wallet arrived very late for Christmas- I tried to return it for a refund but when ordering I was sent a 10% discount code which I used only to be told when I tried to return that they only refund full price items. In the end they offered a 50% refund which i accepted- this has never arrived and my emails are ignored.

NLRubber Band WITHOUT Butterfly Titanium Adapter On 04-10-2023 I ordered the Rubber Band with Butterfly Titanium Adapter. Received the package on 20-10-2023 but received a totally different model. Had contact with the friendly customer service a they told me to send me the correct the titanium band with butterfly adapter. After 2 months waiting an several emails only silence left...

GBAbsolutely pathetic product and even… Absolutely pathetic product and even worse customer service. Order number SW35411 - One product was canceled and was promised an immediate refund but never received the same even after 4 months. The other one was delivered but did not come with the airtag and was promised a 50% refund on it. Despite over 60 emails and promises to refund back the amount, none of it has been actioned.
