Be Very Careful with Swisst - I don't trust them I placed an order on 8th April for a wallet which has not arrived. I have been provided with a tracking number - which doesn't work; I have used web chat - no replies except for once; I have emailed asking for information - no response; I have asked for the order to be cancelled and the purchase price to be refunded - no response

Absolutely pathetic product and even… Absolutely pathetic product and even worse customer service. Order number SW35411 - One product was canceled and was promised an immediate refund but never received the same even after 4 months. The other one was delivered but did not come with the airtag and was promised a 50% refund on it. Despite over 60 emails and promises to refund back the amount, none of it has been actioned.

It took a week before the handled my… It took a week before the handled my order - so here the took the money - then more than a week and my goods is still in China. 2-5 days is a big lie - since its sent directly from China - and perhaps to you. Update i Got it after 3 and a half week Wrong colour 😳 I dont have strengt to spend more time on this
