GBtotal tech care used to work on my… total tech care used to work on my computer. starting three weeks ago total was unsuccessful on adding cannon t4720 to my computer. after numerous emails and phone calls for total tech has not answered communicated with me on above problem. i down to a point i the want my membership 175.00 refunded.i have tried over 30 times to communicate with total as of 9-2-22. does anyone have suggestions how to communicate with total. as of 9-17-22. there has been no response from total. once total receives your money no refunds are given. total canceled my account, they can me for last request i want to actually close my account

GBI don't have enough superlative words… I don't have enough superlative words to describe the service I received today from Lynsee M. I have some computer knowledge but just enough to possibly cause some major damage on my own. After the "tune up" I received yesterday from Michael C and Colby I was still having issues with a gaming program that I play very often. It would not load as it did before the tune up, and I was used to the old way (can't teach an old dog new tricks). Lynsee, in her very respectful, cheerful and friendly way resolved not only that problem but another one concerning zip files. We were on the phone about 1 1/2 hours but she was so helpful and friendly that I really was not concerned about the time. I will refer Total Tech to all friends and family that need service. Your exceptional service and response in almost un heard of in in the online experiences I have had, and I do appreciate it so very much. Thank you again.
