5 STARS, great techs, wonderful experience. I am so pleasantly surprised that when I accidently found Total Tech Care 360 I would get such personal service. The techs had so much patience with me and fixed every problem I had with my computer. It would have cost me so much more time and money to have a computer person come to my house and fix everything they fixed. They cleaned all the "junk" out and got my email working again. Again, thank you.

Great Service I did not use my computer for 5 months. Somehow someone or more messed with it and I could not make it operable. Out of frustration i put it down and did not try. However,there comes a time when you need it. I talked with Mike originally and he got the ball rolling. Daniel took over on follow-up and helped me, a computer illiterate, get things up and running. Thank you.

Most of the time I'm able to get help… Most of the time I'm able to get help and get my computer problems resolved. Sometimes they aren't resolved completely and the full problem isn't and only partially resolved!
