Poor services ,Their customer service… Poor services ,Their customer service is poor ,One of their Uk customer agent Mansoor he is very rude ,I was inquiring about Jadoo 7 box with him but he started shouting at me for no reason and disconnected the call very rudely ,he never answers the call whenever you have question about the product instead always disconnects your call .His number is +447946888798.I would suggest you don’t buy anything from that company you guys will be wasting your time and money .

Great, but a little unreliable It has all the afgan programs you wish, and my family uses it all the time, the box itself runs android, which means you can run emulators for games and free mobile games on to it, but a few problems, First, Jadoo4Q boxes wont boot and cut to black when a microSD card's inserted, second, the reset button on Jadoo5S bricks it for a few hours, than it boots up like nothing ever happened. I am exited to extract the APK files from it and benchmark it.

Not appropriate for families with kids Dont buy this box. Lot of channels disappeared. Also the commercials they are showing are not appropriate for families. Now they start showing commercials with Gay and lesbians kissing. May be that is culture at owners home but they should know this is not south asian culture.

...magical terms of use & purchase we had Jadoo 4 for couple of years...buffering and disappearance of channels is a common occurrence. At the time of purchase they said that it was a one-off payment nothing to pay later. Now, all of a sudden without any prior notice they have stopped streaming to the box and decided to charge their customers $100 per year for the service. Sajid Sohail has decided to change his business model by using a clause in their terms & conditions which (apparently) allows them to make any changes to the initial agreement.
