Must call and stay on hold for long time for a rude person to respond. Blames all their short comings on the customer. (you did not register right, your credit card was denied, your bank rejected the transaction !!!). no accountability. very rude. disappointing.

Dear Reader, Dear Reader, If you recently purchased this device, my advice will be to return and ask for a refund. All those channels you could view in the past, these scammers had them hacked and were unlawfully stemming them to you as a customer which they made quite a lot of money out of it. After the channel owners learn this and took corrective measures and stopped these thieves, all the channels disappeared overnight as they never existed. Imagine you can't even view the free to air channels so ask yourself the question, what did you pay for?

The Jadoo TV is a complete waste of… The Jadoo TV is a complete waste of time and energy, does load very slowly even though we have highest speed broadband , everything is mixed up , for example after first part it doesn’t show part two , it shows random no , for example it takes twenty minutes to find second part . We spoke to customer service , they said ok we will fix it , two months still not fixed - waste of time and money

Great, but a little unreliable It has all the afgan programs you wish, and my family uses it all the time, the box itself runs android, which means you can run emulators for games and free mobile games on to it, but a few problems, First, Jadoo4Q boxes wont boot and cut to black when a microSD card's inserted, second, the reset button on Jadoo5S bricks it for a few hours, than it boots up like nothing ever happened. I am exited to extract the APK files from it and benchmark it.
