ILdo NOT buy their wireless headset do NOT buy their wireless headset. I must unplug & replug the dongle every restart, also the sound randomly turns off during use, which requires the same - unplug & replug the dongle.

MXBeen trying to claim my 2 year warranty… Been trying to claim my 2 year warranty of my Deathadder V3 pro and it's so frustrating. Already sent the POP, all the things that you guys need to accept my warranty, EVERYTHING just to get answered by like 20 different people asking me for information that I already sent, they stopped answering for 4 days and I don't know what more I can do

GBAbsolutely disgraceful company Absolutely disgraceful company, avoid at all costs! My son spent £2700 on a laptop, it was faulty so he contacted Razer the following day through live chat (as there's no phone number for them) after being passed around to about 7 people, he was passed to one of the original people he spoke to. It was arranged for the laptop to be sent to Germany to see what was wrong with it, 2 weeks since it's been in their possession & he is still none the wiser, they said they've escalated the issue (what a cop-out). £2700 for a laptop that he had for 1 day & here we are over 3 weeks later & all he's got is the free laptop bag that came with it.......absolutely disgusting after sales support which tells you all you need to know about this company. Myself & 2 of my other sons have a lot of Razer equipment, most of which wasn't purchased directly from Razer.com & we've never had a problem with them! Razer.com.....you should be thoroughly ashamed! Update 24.04.2024: I sent an email with all the details that Razer requested in their response to my review, they have now forwarded it to their VIP response team.....whoopeee, don't I feel special! It's a joke, they thanked me for my patience & understanding, how very patronising of them, I am far from patient & understanding at this point. I'll stand by my original comment....."Absolutely disgraceful company, avoid at all costs"!

GBOrdered the Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2… Ordered the Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 - Yellow Switch. Image on website showed UK layout. Image on box showed UK layout. Everything suggests UK layout, apart from the keyboard is in Nordic Layout! Contacted support, and received a refund. They've said they could not send a UK layout. Will not use Razer directly again.

GBI have been with razer for many years Multiple products purchased. In the past I used to be satisfied however since 2018 i think I started to have massive problems with their products at the begining i was thinking it was my fault because mouse fell of desk, or punched it in anger. HOWEVER. My last 5 products purchased from razer were of very poor quality lasted for less than 6 months when taken good care of. My last purchased mouse in october started to have scrolling issue. I asked razer to honour warranty. They simply say i bought mouse from unauthorized seller. And it was exactly the same with previous products. They treat customers like crap and this is why After nearly 20 years of using your products im DONE. im not going to buy anything else from you ever again. I regret that i actually bought mouse that i loved shape for so long time... I mean Deathadder. I will sadly have to find something new and i wish you razer all the worst. I am happy with amazon though because they processed all warranties all the time. This is only showing how shady company you are.
