Their customer service is truly fantastic and their representatives must really enjoy their jobs! Within seconds of our alarm sounding, my phone rings. Luckily I have never had a real alarm happen. Home security made simple I was given the GetSafe system to review it on my blog, but leaving this feedback was completely optional and all opinions are my own. The system was easy to install and easy to use. The video tutorial and customer support were excellent every step of the way. I would have no hesitation referring this system to anyone.

Awesome Product! I love the sleek design and easy to install process. The rechargeable battery and AT&T 3G sim card provides peace of mind in case of power or internet outage. Extra hidden bonus is each of the devices have built in temperature sensors providing useful information for ones that have pets. I will be recommending this to all friends and family.

Customer service is excellent! I researched security systems for some time before choosing GetSafe and pleased with my choice. My experience: Excellent customer service; responded immediately; friendly, no attitude; walked me through how to customize app as I am not tech savvy - very helpful. Responded to my many questions with a 'smile.' Pluses: works with both Android and iPhone (we use both in our family); able to operate system remotely; ability to customize; no contract for monitoring service - a big plus; took care of a couple of issues promptly. I also purchased camera motion detector and fob. Make sure you order batteries for optional equipment. Start up kit comes with batteries. Highly recommend.

Great first experience with GetSafe. I just purchased GetSafe. I worked with Courtney Evans on the phone when I first called and she was truly the greatest. She was so patient with me while I was dealing with multiple calls after my home was broken into last week. We were on the phone an hour. It was a stressful time, but Evans took her time explaining all the components of the system while also offering to check on me the next day. Whenever you buy any product, the first indication a company gives you about their service is with how their representatives handle the sale; Evans passed that with flying colors.
