GBBad Customer treatment decided me against this company I decided NOT to purchase this software because of the manner in which I was treated by the company when I made contact. I sent them a list of criteria I needed fulfilled and details on how many people, computers and how the the network was configured. First, they ignored my criteria and pushed and pushed for me to do their 'free trial' which I'm not going to do until I know it's at least got MOST of what I'm looking for. Can you imagine what would happen if I had to test every piece of software I was considering??? So, I was diligent and insisted they respond to my queries. I had to make those queries no fewer than FOUR times before I got an answer which, basically, consisted of "We can't do what you need". At which point I thanked them and moved on to other software. THEN, Worse, they started spamming me with all sorts of stuff about their software. Worst of all, I got a completely unsolicited and, in my opinion, incredibly RUDE e-mail where they are 'instructing' me about how "Some employees might not be happy to use the Time Doctor software if they feel like it's 'monitoring' or 'big brother' and providing me with "... ways you can make your team more comfortable with the software..." Seriously?! Are they actually trying to tell me how to manage my own business??! I finally had to threaten legal action to get them to stop. THEN, they just HAD to contact me one last time. BUT, instead of "We apologize, we won't contact you again." which while a childish last-word game, would have been OK if they'd done that and stopped. But NO. They had to take the time to 'explain' to me that their way of doing things is 'better' and quote US law to me to prove they hadn't actually done anything wrong. That is terribly immature and unprofessional, not to mention just plain RUDE. I don't care HOW good the software it. I refuse to do business with a firm that hires such a childish and petulant staff.

UATo cancel you need to contact their… To cancel you need to contact their support. After confirmation that my subscription was cancelled, I got another invoice in a few weeks. Takes too much time just to cancel.

ROSharp focus and lasting satisfaction Time Doctor is helping me get a clear idea about how much time I am spending working for each client. The reports don't lie. :-) Now I know exactly how much I should be charging and why. Another awesome effect of using the app is that I am finding myself working more effectively with no distractions, knowing that 'someone' is watching. Sharp focus and lasting satisfaction come along with using this amazing tool.

GBThis is a scam company This is a scam company. They sealed money through creating a fake users. They have charged $10 per user. but I haver found this month they have charged extra $40 without our consent after creating fake users. This is a clear scam. I am processing with my solicitor to complaints to the relevant department. If they created millions fake users, they can easily sealed $10 million.

GBOvercharged and refused a refund. Whilst the support team is helpful, the ease with which you can be overcharged is astounding. Switching laptops cost me over £100 in "new" annual licenses for an existing user. I also got charged an annual fee for my 13-year-old daughter even though all she did was sign into a laptop on her own profile - I didn't have to authorise the debit at all. Getting a refund is incredibly difficult and the support team tend to tell you that you have been "educated" because they've sent a link to a help article, which only makes sense to technicians! Indeed even when trying to resolve my duplicate profiles the support team phrased their response as "I guess you need to delete"... they're guessing, yet I've been "educated" and therefore have to suck up another annual charge! In theory it's a great system. In reality it has huge flaws that end up costing you a small fortune and takes hours to resolve with their support team. My recommendation would be - stick to something simpler like Toggl! They've refused a refund and given me "credit" but given I would never renew my subscription, they've effectively raided my bank account and kept the money!
