New customer The agent provided good service. However, she needs to slow down when explaining certain things. At times she sounded rehersed as if she was reading off a paper. At times when I asked her a follow up questions, she sounded annoyed. She just needs to work on her tone a bit and not sounding rehersed. She also needs to slow down when explaining disclaimers etc. But overall she did a good job.

Compare with Comcast Relocating to new apartment which can now offer Fios service. Giving them a try to save some money over comcast. Looks like I will save over $110.00 a month locked in for 2 years.

Stayed Far away From Verizon Stayed Far away From Verizon. Quinton The Fake Took All Mt Identity And Never Phone Me Back. He Under All The Investigation I Can Have Under Wrote To the CEO Hans Vestberg And Fake Quinton Is In The Feds Too. Let Him Do It To His Family? They are All Fake Wireless Too. Go To The Best Place. You won't Have Your Identity In A Dark Web.. They Wont Do It To A Guy???

Wont use again Ridiculous pricing when the neighbor has better prices and then rope you in with a good price and not tell you that its only for a year when your contract is for 2 years, never mind the 40 dollar difference a month you'll pay the 2nd year then cant cancel because the price of cancelling is ridiculous also.

The worst internet you can get The worst internet you can get. The router stays connected, but the internet to the router constantly disconnects. I just received this a few days ago, so it's brand new, and it has been dropping connection EVERY DAY, MULTIPLE times a day. Just this morning (it's not even noon yet) it has lost internet connection at least 3 times. I don't even bother with "customer service" anymore b/c they are lying trash. I will just be switching service. I am already switching to Google Fi for my wireless because of all the crap I've been through with this company. That experience will be posted in a different review for the wireless department.
