Their support is prompt, they do not globally disable your account but continue to accept your mails and effectively gold your emails hostage and wait threw days to 'review and respond' to answers you provide them based on vague non descript 'issues'. Their dashboard is comprehensive and you can identify most problems and address them before they even notice themselves.
