Shari Shari, my customer service contact, answered all my questions and was patient in listening to my reasons for wanting fraud protection for my house. She called me back the following day after I got the Homelock coverage. She kept her promise to call back the next day which shows integrity and following through on a promise.

Great Customer Service I signed up in order to supplement an ID protection service I already had. The site is easy to navigate and informational. I received a couple alerts and panicked. I then called their very helpful CS phone line and the staff was VERY HELPFUL and the call was answered QUICKLY. The rep walked me through everything: explained the nature of the alert, how to dismiss it since it was nothing to worry about, and what to do in the future. The rep was very knowledgeable and easy to understand.

Sence we have been with Homelock Sence we have been with Homelock, we have been at ease knowing, if anything happens with our mortgage they have our backs. Homelock customer service is great also. After all, our home is our biggest investment! Why wouldn't you want to have the added protection to make sure your covered? I can't even imagine what would happen if someone did take our home, and with Homelock we don't have too!
