So far, So good! One never really knows how well a service or product holds up until it is needed. Thus far I have been fortunate in not having my identity or property stolen so I really can't gauge how effective Domi Docs would be in that scenario. However, I have talked with them from time to time over the course of my subscription period to access their monitoring and they seem to be providing the service I paid for without any glitches. That is really all I could ask for at this point.

Shari Shari, my customer service contact, answered all my questions and was patient in listening to my reasons for wanting fraud protection for my house. She called me back the following day after I got the Homelock coverage. She kept her promise to call back the next day which shows integrity and following through on a promise.

In the past there had been several attempts by persons unknown hacking into our account, but ever since we joined DomiDocs, we've had no further difficulties with that as a problem. We're grateful for their service and will continue to utilize what they have to offer.

After all, our home is our biggest investment! Why wouldn't you want to have the added protection to make sure your covered?
