GBMaryna is Why Wisecar is Great to work through Maryna understood our problem. Even though the destination error was our fault, Maryna went out of her way to make the necessary changes. She also made sure the pick-up and drop- off times were correct. Those times also required changes. The arrival & departure dates stayed the same and Maryna made sure our car times matched. I usually do not like Nor use 3rd party to schedule stuff. But Wisecar & Maryna are an exception

GBAvoid at all costs Avoid We booked a 7seater via WiseCars to be picked up from a hotel in Puerto Morelos, Mexico and the booking was an Avis Car. On arrival at the hotel to pick up, we were told that Avis only delivers cars to hotel guests. I could still have a car as a non hotel guest but at more than double the booked price. WiseCars ultimately said they will discuss with their supplier, returned the £21 fee that they had taken upfront and left me to sort my own car hire out - left me and my family in a mess. We could not get a car hire last minute and those last few days of our holiday turned into hell and expensive due to taxi rates in that part of Mexico are outrageous. Thank you WiseCars!

GBThey booked the car and did everything… They booked the car and did everything correct. The car company (not wisecars) overbooked and ran out of cars (happened to other people there as well who used the car company website). We left and made other arrangements while others were there for a long time even before we go there. Paul from wisecars refunded the money as soon as he found out what happened. Will use them again.
