GBTithely Support and Program The service to my questions is unbelievable. The support line is quick and thorough leaving videos when necessary to actually show me how to conquer a challenge I'm having. The Tithely program itself is very intuitive and a lot easier than learning the Word Press format that we had previously. Love it!

GBAffordable and Pretty much any application you need to… Pretty much any application you need to effectively operate a church is there at a price that does not change or increase when the congregation increases. The giving and website apps are amazing and simple to setup and use. service planning and volunteer apps are on par with other services. The real ticket is they bundle it all together where others don't.

AURecent 1-star-ers knew what they were getting into Tithe.ly ran a low-key merch promotion that was shared without their knowledge on a large Australian bargain community. Consequently it was abused to the fullest, with mention of some users even creating multiple accounts to double-dip. The result was thousands of orders at the cost of $0 to bargain hunters. Rep Justin has been super responsive on the site, and gone through all the right steps to explain the honest mistake. He's stayed respectful in spite of the shameful behaviour of some entitled people in the comments. Thank you Justin!

GBWe have been using Tithely since 2020… We have been using Tithely since 2020 (mostly) and find it very user friendly, until you have a question. Then it can be a bit frustrating when you only get to talk to a "BOT". However, I have found that even when I have to leave a question, someone does respond within the 48 hours they say...usually within a couple. We like having all our "tech" in one place/company, ie.: website, app, giving platform, events, people tracking, etc. We do still use Church 360 for our Membership management because we have liked them for quite some time...

AUIgnore the recent reviews Justin is a great rep. While there was an honest mistake with a coupon code that was shared too widely, you still did a good job handling the situation. Ignore the recent 1-star reviews. They were trying to take advantage of an open $100 coupon with no minimum spend that circulated to one of Australia’s largest bargain sites, with thousands of orders coming out as $0. This resulted in orders being cancelled - completely understandable. Keep up the good work!
