GBThere is help Due to a computer scam I found myself suddenly in danger of ID Theft. Years ago I had signed up for ID Shield, and when I called I was relieved to immediately speak with a person not a machine. An alert was placed at once and I got all the information what to do to prevent damage. I gave 5 stars because the customer service is outstanding. Being very stressed and overwhelmed my initial call and three more with questions were answered in a professional, compassionate and patient way that calmed me down and helped me in a difficult time.

GBMy bank account was compromised by… My bank account was compromised by someone who got my social security and went into my account and took a substantial amount of money! I called ID Shield and was helped immediately…the gentleman that helped me was so thoughtful and kind..he was able to get a Fraud alert on my account immediately

GBI have issue with irs with my tax I… I have issue with irs with my tax I contact the law firm they can not help me I call the id shield so they give me advice and help me what to do so I’m still waiting for the outcome result yet
