SGResponded very quickly and clarified… Responded very quickly and clarified everything within 10-20 minutes. You get what you pay for and this was pretty good on the whole. Not 5 stars because the chatline could not answer my question and I had to send an email to the advisers, who were a little bit brusque with their responses. I understand the need for clarity, but it's a complex process. No need to make us feel a little 'stupid' for asking what might seem obvious.

GBEasy and convenient but expensive The process was very easy and convenient. However it is expensive, we had to pay extra for express but still took 2 weeks
