GBJust this month I've been a member for over 4 years, and they have had my back, I received e-mails and text messages whenever something wasn't right and it's always been resolved. What a great service 👏

GBStarted with LifeLock at least 20 years… Started with LifeLock at least 20 years ago! I tried to monitor all my accounts, on a monthly basis. However, it’s so awesome to get a text message from LifeLock questioning Me/hubby was that you applying for credit/loan or seems to be some unusual activity on a credit card. I don’t read my emails very often, but I love the text messaging. I also like the education components, and every once in a while, they’ll ask me my opinion on their products, processes, etc. Not sure it makes a difference, but I feel like I have a voice.

GBVery unhelpful Very unhelpful. Sent me an alert about a new home purchase that wasn’t mine. Then when I called to get help figuring out what was going on was told oh disregard it. We notified people who have similar names. I asked do you not look at other deciding factors like date of birth I was told well you may also share the same last 4 digits to your SS # . What are the odds of someone who has the same name sharing the same last four digits of their Social Security number. I called bs

GBLifelock didn't handle my dispute... Lifelock notified me of an account opening in my name. I clicked the link and stated it was not me. Lifelock then had me answer what was going to be 3 questions. The first was whether I ever had an account with a certain bank and I said yes. Then Lifelock closed the dispute and stated I said the account opening was due to ne which was not the case. It was an unknown person and name using my information. No one available for in person talk. Not good Lifelock.

GBIt's the little things that matter! If you've ever go e through a drive through, swiped outside for gas, or even purchasing online and you get that little guy on your shoulder telling you something isn't right, stop! That little guy is lifelock. Constantly watching and reporting anything and everything to keep you and your family safe.
