GBNo Customer Service response - Three weeks I have called them twice about an issue to add my wife. The customer rep keeps saying they have a backlog and somebody will call me back in 24-48 hours. No one called me back and there is no way to talk to a manager. I even emailed their customer service who has not responded back to me in 7 business days. Their website still points to Sontiq. This is such a terrible setup.

GBI always have trouble getting to my… I always have trouble getting to my site. If I call rather than give up trying to reach my site, your people are helpful, understanding, and easy to understand. Too often however I just give up and ignore your alerts. So far, the alerts have been sex offenders and I don't have any children that live here.

GBFinal report on 20/20 eye care network data breach U did an excellent job In notifying me monthly regarding 20/20 eye care network data breach (1/21/2021 notification). U stated each month for 1 free year that no compromising info against me was never used against me. I have an atty representing me in this data breach. Joseph Lyons Law Firm in Cincinnati OH. He has many other victims as well. The Hearings have been heard In federal court in Ft. Lauderdale fl. They estimate another year or so 4 court results 4 all victims. GBI am glad to have Identity Force’s… I am glad to have Identity Force’s protection. I rated 4 stars only because I had a hard time finding the section of my account information where I needed to edit some finances data. A more user-friendly website would be welcome, for seniors!
