She was patient, answered all questions, and did a live demo with me, which was easy to follow, as I felt the first video went very fast. Gina is my contact person, and from the very beginning she directed me to the valuable videos that aid in learning the SIGNiX platform. Gina, then, walked me through each phase. If ever I get rusty, the videos are always there for me to refresh my skills.

GBGreat customer service Waverly is very responsive and did the state set up and the notary training for me quickly since I need to notarize right away. I few minor changes would be nice, like being able to delete any suspended transactions, and to delete my own templates.
