GBGreat customer service Waverly is very responsive and did the state set up and the notary training for me quickly since I need to notarize right away. I few minor changes would be nice, like being able to delete any suspended transactions, and to delete my own templates.

She was patient, answered all questions, and did a live demo with me, which was easy to follow, as I felt the first video went very fast.
