GBYou send me a quote and it says to call… You send me a quote and it says to call to pay. When U call you say you only have on line support. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Will move to a firm that values their customers and understands that sometimes you need to talk to a live person who know the insurance business. Texting does not work

GBBunker has been great Bunker has been great, very high-touch onboarding experience as long as I stay proactive. They sourced really competitive quotes, went out of their way to fit my idiosyncratic requirements, and saved my contractors a ton of money vs. Thimble or similar. While I haven't really used the platform yet, it's very impressive in the demo and I'm excited to explore how the API can help me automate compliance.
