GBDisappointing Service this year I was not provided with a renewal option until the day after my policy expired. To my knowledge, I still don’t have one yet, 4 days later, even after making payment. I need a COI for a business matter that I’m now delayed for. The service is traditionally superb, but this year renewal has not been reflective of my years of experience with Bunker.

GBOne less thing to worry about! Bunker was totally proactive about notifying me of my coming term expiration and the option to automatically renew. Once I responded to go ahead, they took care of the entire renewal process on my behalf, so I didn't have to do a thing. Very easy!

GBInitial quote for general liability… Good experience overall. Initial quote for general liability came back at a different cost and different provider than I selected. The policy was also incorrect. I had to submit again to get the correct result which took extra days while the consultancy job waited.
