They made sure I was all set to go and everything is working great now! I would buy from them again!

They are selling USED licenses which… They are selling used licenses which requires phone activation. You also need to download a special IMG, you can't use the regular Officesetup.exe you download normally from Microsoft. This is a complete waste of time.. Don't bother. When I asked for a refund, they didn't respond. Had to dispute it to get my money back from these shady fools.

I will revisit if things go sideways, but so far my experience has been very good--- I got PE-Design 11, and ran into some computer issues but they were resolved and I was able to run the program. The key offered was successful and I was able to use the program. If things change, to where I am unable to use the product due to loss of key, I will revisit the review.
