Outstanding service and easy to compleat download and install. I ordered Microsoft Office from SoftwareCW because all the reviews I could find were high marks. I had just had an experience with software I bought from Ebay was counterfeit. I needed a legal copy of office, and SoftwareCW had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau. Also it cost less than than the bootleg copy from Ebay.

Continued monthly fees to cred card after purchase! I was pleased with the price & ease of downloading Kofax pdf converter software, however they have been charging monthly fees after the fact. I looked back at my order (which I paid upfront) & there is no mention of ongoing monthly fees. I’m not sure how to get these fees stopped! I have no clue what the fees are for! I’m pretty frustrated about this!

Additional videos for beginers. Learning curve was not significant due to previous experience with AutoCAD and DraftSight software. Similar command structure and options. However, the one learning video covering basics is helpful, but does not cover many of the steps/commands that are needed for initial use. An expanded video library for beginners would be beneficial for 1st time users.

Simple download for an excellent product. Simple download and instructions to get this software up and running. My only disappointment is the lack of an option to add a cellphone without buying a new download for that. Otherwise great, just as advertised and finally do not have to use Adobe.

I ordered the Microsoft Office Pro 2010 - 2PC Download, within 30 minutes I received an email containing the Microsoft product key . Downloaded the software, entered the product key and everything worked perfectly all in less than an hour. I will order again from SoftwareCW when I need additional software.
