(although the download itself seemed incredibly slow). When I build up another computer that requires MS Office applications, i will ABSOLUTELY turn to you as my source.

This might have accounted for the delay in my access to the product download. All is good with the download, install and product key.

I just initialized a new computer and was needing a good word processor . I just initialized a new computer and was needing a word processor for that machine. I found this vendor and enhanced my software to a better software for a very reasonable price. although the download was a bit long, all was well when the software was completely installed. I am quite happy with this purchase and this vendor has its work together for sure!!!

Buyer Beware My laptop should accommodate an upgrade to windows 10; however, it will NOT handle the “tool” that is required to install the upgrade! When I discovered this only moments after placing my order I requested that the charge be reversed. The company accepts no responsibility for the lack of information that lead to this pointless purchase. They want a screen shot of the error message and sent me instructions on how to do this on a Windows 10 computer… Duh, I don’t HAVE windows 10… that’s why I ordered it. Not worth the hassle to try to recover the wasted expense. They basically assume that every customer is a liar and cheat. It’s 20 bucks… Not hardly worth insulting the customer, but they did!
