When I tried to load the software When I tried to load the software, it did load it properly, but the Microsoft loading window stayed up which confused me as to the question as to it's completion. I deleted the software and repeated the process with the same result. I then launched Word and it asked for the key code and that went as expected. I had to run the task manager to remove the download window. Windows 7 Pro.

Took about an hour to download and set up my outlook account. No issues so far. So worth it. I'm literally in shock...and still thinking there must be a catch, but it works perfect!

Win10 Pro key doesn't work Bought Win 10 Pro & key doesn't work. Convoluted instructions are for upgrade from Home to Pro, which is not what I bought. Instructions said to enter 2 different "generic" codes, then restart, then enter "unique" product code they sent. When tried to activate error message was that my PC had to be connected to my company's network in order to activate. I am not a company. I am a single PC. getPConline does not respond to calls or emails.

The biggest fear of purchasing these types of products online is whether or not you will receive a key, and if you do get a key, is it authentic. Fortunately, I got an authentic key. The reason I gave a 4 star is because I did get an error upon installation. I contacted getpconline.com support, twice; and never got a response. I did have to contact Microsoft for tech support. Overall, the product was fine, but there really is no support.
