Deception from the start. They request verification of documents to take advantage of the trial access. But you can only find out about it after you pay for the test access. And instead of testing, I have to submit my passport. Actually, I don’t want to do that. And if I knew they were gonna ask me for papers, I wouldn’t buy test access. I’m not interested in using a service that requires my passport information. Why would I know that already by paying. What the hell? Support is not responding. This is outright fraud and deception!

Using the service for 6+ month I using the service for 6 month. I really enjoy the experience. I run my software, it's very optimized piece of code, so I can use cheapest option from proxyrack, and yet, it never failed. The proxyrack DNS thing concerned my at 1st, because I want more control, but it proved to be effective, and allowed me to simplify my application considerable which is always a good thing. I enjoy the ability to pay for the service with cryptocurrency, it's reliable (I paid from binance several times -- no any issues). You can even pay for quarter (I did) or half year or probably the whole year ahead. Since you can not make autopayment with crypto it's important feature. The support is also very great, all my questions were answered very fast and fully.

The convenience and service offered is amazing The convenience offered is amazing and the service is spot-on; any issue is quickly and nicely discussed. I had a minor issue which was solved above my expectations by offering me a compensation while I didn’t ask for it. I am very happy with the service and wouldn't consider any other provider!
