The proxy service was easy to use and… The proxy service was easy to use and worked as advertised. When I went to cancel (the project I was working on was over) I had some initial issues where hitting cancel would just give me an error message. I reached out via the chat box and they were quick to remedy the situation. I will be back if any future projects require a proxy service.

One standout feature is their user-friendly interface panel, making navigation for me a breeze (This is particularly important for me, as some proxy services struggle with user experience). Plus, they have a really well-built support bot that addresses 99% of my queries without the need to directly contact customer support. However, in the rare event that direct support is required, their response time is impressively quick. Highly recommend!
