Disappointed with customer service Disappointed with customer service. It takes ages for reps to respond to any query. If they are overwhelmed with lots of queries then TS needs to beef up customer service with headcount.

I have been a sub for around 5 years now and they are constantly improving the platform and basically it's impossible to improve their customer support because they get back to you literally within at the latest 24hrs - usually within an hour or two 90% of the time it's less than that as well!! They are professional, and friendly and nothing is too hard for them. They give their all for their loyal subs. Thanks TS team and keep up the great work guys!!
