BACharge not for result, but for experiments I started with 10000 free "characters". That was not enough for testing. I signed up with another account and continued testing. All quota ended in 20 mins. Again. But I finally found voice and settings that worded for me. I srarted "Start" plan with 30000 characters quota. I barely could record 2 minutes voiceover and all my MONGTH quota has ended. Elevenlabs state that 30000 characters equals 30 mins of audio. No, it is not. It is impossible to record from 1st try. EVERY run will eat your quota. Despite it is test run, not real product yet. So after I corrected all pronunciation errors, I ended up with nothing left. To get real 30 mins of record (which I really need) I have to buy $99 Pro plan (Instead of $5 plan as advertised). Generation quality is great, Elevenlabs made a great product. But I think this is not fair to resell computer time instead of real result.

LTPlease. Please. Please. Please. Stop changing user ui every few weeks/months. I get used to it and... New one shows up. Or make an option to use the older layout. I don't like new user ui for speech generation nor did i asked for it. How to turn off that purple waves animation in the background ? When downloading voice lines from history, after you choose to download say .mp3, - the panel stays there with .mp3 and .wav choices, thus, you don't now if you clicked it or not. The pages in history are lagging / glitching. Shows latest voice lines in page 8. You scroll down and in page 4 it still shows same lines. o.O ... Guys. Please. What kind of genius comes with these ,, Let's make a better user interface '' ideas. People are not using your product to have a cool UI and visual. People are here for the voice lines. [Update] The new update of ,,Advanced'' option in the top right corner (kinda back to the old style) looks great so far. Thank you Eleven Labs. [Update #2] Please add trash bin button / icon next to download and play buttons to remove easily unwanted voice files [Update #3] When you move mouse cursor to delete the previous voice line the menu on the left opens up and covers the text field. Way too close. There needs to be a space between menu on the left and text field.

GBThey blocked my account They blocked my account without giving a reason! Just that I broke the rules, but they didn't say which ones! I wrote to Discord support, nobody helped me and sent me to email, I wrote to all possible emails and nobody answered me. I worked with them since September 2023, I had a ready SaaS service, which allowed me to pay off their tariff for 330$ per month. I had 22 unused days left before being locked out and they didn't even offer me a refund, they just stole my money! If you are planning to build a business around their API solution, I recommend you think hard! Their attitude towards their customers is disgusting.

TWGreat voices but missing language selection and speech rate setting I'm generating Italian speech with a professionally cloned voice and English speech with a stock voice. The voice quality is great, but voice creation lacks two fundamental settings: 1. language and 2. speech rate: 1. The AI is supposed to detect the language from the text, but with small bits of text that's unreliable. My Italian text often ends up being pronounce as if it were Spanish or Portuguese. 2. I use the audio for a language course, but the speech is too fast. I'm puzzled by the absence of these 2 features because they're available on every major competitor's platform (I'm also using Azure). They were absent when I started using the service 1 year ago and they still are. When I ask support about that, they only reply that "they're working on it" just as they did 1 year ago.

DEdubbing feature… Great Work, Best you can get , but unfortunately the new video dubbing feature is useless without a lip sync. The audio quality is awesome but the translation needs to be editable. Orig audio -> transcription->edit-> dub with lip sync. 💲💵🤑💰 That’s what I want at least. Right now simple subtitles are doing a better job.
