AUValue For Money Is OUT-standing Value For Money Is OUTstanding I paid $1500 for a course last year that confused me and paid for the same course at CreatorU for $10. I don't understand why so many people are calling it a scam; it literally tells you when you sign up, the first year is free - and you'll be charged the following year; and you can go in and select UNSUBSCRIBE, and still use the App for a year.... Maybe something they should change regardless to avoid so many unhappy customers! Nonetheless that doesn't deter from the fact their value is a steal.

GBExcellent customer support from Ash I have put 2 support tickets in and Ash has been outstandingly helpful on both occasions, quack, efficient and helpful. Every business should have an Ash! Thank you so much for your swift help and responses.

GBAbsolutely a scam company Absolutely a scam company. Not surprisingly, the same thing occurred. $10 one time fee that is not explicit turns into $144 after a year. Even if you do not register or use the useless content. They also claim they send an email notifying the client about the renewal a week before but it simply is not the case. They cannot forward or produce that email because it does not exist. Their tactic is such. Only way they make their money I'm sure. Absolutely deceitful. The BBB will be hearing from me and elsewhere.

GBBlown away Honestly, I thought I was going to be dealing with a bot or inexperienced service tech. But no. I was shocked by the absolute professionalism and kindness in which Charlie T. provided me. I was dealing with so many overwhelming factors and I loved how complete the interaction was from start to finish. Got my refund, relieved from so much stress, and if I ever need a platform of this nature, I'm definitely going with CreatorU because of this interaction! Thank you Charlie for everything!

GBSet up for a $239 subscription when I paid for a one-off $7 product. --- update --- Your reply is a lie. You've somehow managed to pull the emails to the email address linked to this review account, however this is not the email address that my subscription is with. This can therefore only mean that you are lying even further as you are relying on guess-work and false information. Further proof to your increasingly popular colloquial name "ScamCart". To other users: Be very aware: read the reviews carefully for this and SamCart - you'll clearly see one of the Moran brothers pretending to be a customer who is impressed with the ability to store card information on the platform. The number of poor reviews says everything you need to know. -------- After checking the reviews i have seen that many people have been signed up to a subscription without their knowledge. I have just checked my account to see whether these claims are true and I can see they will be taking $239 in April 2025 - this for me verifies the complaints made over any claims from the business. To make it very clear: there was nothing to inform me of this, and if I hadn't checked my account to validate what others are saying I would be in the same boat as other customers. I was offered a $7 deal with no mention of a recurring annual subscription. I have looked at the option to cancel this subscription but this will then apparently deactivate the CreatorU account. You are forced to watch a video before being able to deactivate your account. I have held off while I exploit the available resources over the next day, and take whatever I can from them as this seems to be their strategy employed on all of us. I signed up for a 5-day course creator challenge, the materials appear to have been made without due care and attention - e.g. the pdf on chatGPT prompts has pre-written prompt templates, but if you look carefully the prompts in steps 2,3 and 4 (out of 4) are missing the end of the prompts and are therefore incomplete, which in my mind removes a lot of value and implies they are focussing on making money without focusing on providing high-quality materials. Further to this, the most recent reviews seem false and have set my alarm bells ringing. I am inclined to suggest that these are false claims. This review is for both SamCart and CreatorU as these are the same people.
