I didn't pay them anything and have access to their membership site. They do say their membership is $144 per year after the first 12 months. Fantastic value. I do agree they should make it clearer. The content is helping me a lot, at this point, if I follow their advice and it works, I won't mind paying what is the equivalent of $12 per month.
