GBIt been hours and I still haven’t… It been hours and I still haven’t received my download! I have checked all my boxes(including spam); and I really needed this on today! I am totally shocked and disappointed because this is my second purchase (I was very pleased with the first one, the download came within 10 minutes and worked as promised).

GBI originally gave this site 1 star I originally gave this site 1 star, as the product key didn't work, and i took a week before they got back to me. However, they called me today, and sent me a new key that worked. the representative was very polite and helpful

GBOnce installed when I was checking… Once installed when I was checking program out. The administrator on the account was in nishbd.org when I was trying to change to EST IT WAS IN ANOTHER TIME ZONE. The guy I spoke with was located in Columbia. South America. I did not give control of my computer when I ask for help! I am not convinced that this is a valid or safe download
