GBinstallation instructions were clear and precise purchase transaction was smooth, no problem. installation instructions were clear and precise. however, download link did not lead to sw copy download as should be the case, in case of app failure & reset ??

GBIt been hours and I still haven’t… It been hours and I still haven’t received my download! I have checked all my boxes(including spam); and I really needed this on today! I am totally shocked and disappointed because this is my second purchase (I was very pleased with the first one, the download came within 10 minutes and worked as promised).

GBThe download was impossible to download… The download was impossible to download onto my computer and use. Totally confusing and useless. I would like my purchase price refunded.
