I subscribed and paid for the unlimited… I subscribed and paid for the unlimited PRO Plan, but put a limit on my disk space and usage. I tried to raise a support ticket, but they keep on ignoring me. Furthermore, I won't recommend this web hosting to anyone. There are a few other reliable web hosting out there. Please stay away from them. That is my piece of advice to you.

3 months, many tickets 0 answer since last 3 months I am unable to login to my cpanel submitted stickers many times no answer, won't renew again and never recommend to anyone

Absolutely useless Absolutely useless. Paid for 24 months and after 3 my site went offline and I couldn't login to cpanel, then I've emailed 3 times in a few months to get it back online but no response from support. Worst host I've ever used.

I signed up for their free hosting… I signed up for their free hosting service with a custom domain, but it was never activated. It says 'still pending'. When I asked them about it, they replied with a generic response which wasn't helpful at all. The ticket was closed by them, although I asked them politely for help. No answer yet. Problem is I can't even cancel the 'pending' service. Very disappointing.
