I signed up for their free hosting… I signed up for their free hosting service with a custom domain, but it was never activated. It says 'still pending'. When I asked them about it, they replied with a generic response which wasn't helpful at all. The ticket was closed by them, although I asked them politely for help. No answer yet. Problem is I can't even cancel the 'pending' service. Very disappointing.

Terrible service Terrible service, they do not respond to tickets or emails, I have my email blocked and they tell me that I must renew the license but it expires in July and I request support and they do not respond.

HOSTPOCO [9.9/10] I am on a FREE plan but yet, I am enjoying the service immensely. There has never been a day where I had my website offline for some server issues (like you face with some other hosting companies). With all sincerity, HOSTPOCO is reliable, their support system is on point too. I'd recommend HOSTPOCO to anyone and everyone any day!

When I received a notification to renew… When I received a notification to renew my subscription via email, the link was a dud. When I went to the website to renew it stated that the time to renew had already expired before the renew due date? When I try to contact via email, phone and site ticket I get NO response! My annual account was free and was given a lifetime guarantee but I guess that was a lie. Cannot get access to my site anymore. Should've never trusted them. Too good to be true.

Cheap and Reliable Servers Hostpoco is a more affordable hosting and the servers are more reliable with no downtime. I hope to see a faster response from the customer service in the near future.
