GBAbsolutely the WORST Service Absolutely the WORST Service Yes, I know they don't charge very much, but as other people have stated you get what you pay for. 48 hours+ to answer tickets, and to receive stupid answers that indicate the "support" person can't understand technical issues. If you are fine with these types of problems, it is fine to sign up.

MXHost is working, but problems with email Host is working fine. However there are two problems, one is the SSL Certificate for the email service, Google shows a big Orange screen regarding to this. The second is an issue when emailing to an Outlook occount. It won’t be delivered and the cause is that “ part of your network is on our block list” so those mails are not delivered. Same happens with Facebook

THA good and very helpful Hosting I was using a different Hosting for some years with more or less good success! HostPoco differs a lot, on the good side, and showed that it's very helpful for just normal users and customers. I'm not a heavy user at all and just still didn't decide yet what I really will do in the next future, the life is very strange at this time and not easy! Anyway, I'll thank the very helpful staff for all already done and will do in the future. Thanks and best regards from Thailans Reimar

DEI signed up for their free hosting… I signed up for their free hosting service with a custom domain, but it was never activated. It says 'still pending'. When I asked them about it, they replied with a generic response which wasn't helpful at all. The ticket was closed by them, although I asked them politely for help. No answer yet. Problem is I can't even cancel the 'pending' service. Very disappointing.

GBAbsolutely useless Absolutely useless. Paid for 24 months and after 3 my site went offline and I couldn't login to cpanel, then I've emailed 3 times in a few months to get it back online but no response from support. Worst host I've ever used.
